Connection.

I started community coaching to bring together brilliant women looking for a safe space to share, connect, learn, grow, and be. In 2021 we were coming out of an unusual year and the practice and purpose of gathering had changed. My goal was to put together an online space where all can belong. This continues to be my aim with all community coaching.

Creativity.

It’s a collaborative journey and I’m here with you as we create this adventure together. We’ll go through some group activities, have time for solo reflection, dive deep into intimate conversations, and have fun lifting each other up. We will use props and models, pen and paper, and the knowledge that we hold inside to access better understanding of our challenges, curiosities, hopes, and joys.

It's part self-growth, part community building, all built on a foundation of trust, respect, and curiosity about how to show up best in our everyday lives.

Here’s what you get:

  • Weekly Zoom meetings with maximum eight folks from around the world

  • Wrap up emails with further prompts to consider outside our sessions

  • Activities and tools to tap into your intuition allowing for easier prioritization, decision-making, and confidence.

  • Ways to approach moments of doubt and negative self-talk

  • A beautiful community of supportive folks who want the best for YOU

  • Discounted rates for one-on-one coaching.

What they’re saying

  • “Breakout rooms were great, so you have different partners every time to share thoughts. Little assignments and questions to stay with you till the next session. The graduation from one topic to the other, I loved the way the themes flowed.”

  • “Thank you for leading and hosting such a wonderful coaching session. I really appreciated it and was able to get a lot out of it.”

  • “Loved the group and the connection. I appreciated the email write-ups! I printed them out and saved them for more journal work in the future.”
